Parents Teacher Meeting needs to he held either on every second Saturday of each month / any recommended day /
once the exams get completed, so that the teachers could be able to discuss the progress of the student with their parents.
These are usually organized in their own classrooms for the convenience of the parents. Parent’s attendance is
properly recorded and their suggestions are duly endorsed..
The interaction with the parents is 1:1 i.e. the teacher gives full time to parents to discuss the child’s progress.
If the parents raise any problem, it is immediately reported to HOD/Principal accordingly.Such meetings are very
conductive for the Pupil’s Progress.
